Game Overview

The Imposter Game is a fun party game where one player is secretly assigned a different word than everyone else. Players must ask yes/no questions to identify the imposter while keeping their own word a secret.

How to Play

1. Select the number of players (2-8 recommended)
2. Choose your word source: Category or Custom
3. If using Category, select from available word categories
4. If using Custom, enter your own word
5. Click "Start" to begin the game
6. Each player gets assigned a word (one player gets a different word)
7. Players take turns asking yes/no questions about the word
8. After discussion, vote on who you think the imposter is

Game Rules

• Players must ask yes/no questions only
• Answers should be honest based on the word you know
• The imposter must deceive others about the word
• Regular players must identify who has the different word
• If the imposter is found, the regular players win
• If the imposter is not found, the imposter wins
